Refund and Returns Policy

No Refund Policy with Limited Exceptions

Immigration Baba Travels has implemented a strict non-refundable policy for all its services due to the nature of visa processing, documentation, and ticket booking, where significant resources and time are invested upfront. By availing of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund
conditions:

General Refund Policy

  1. Visa Processing Fees:
    Non-refundable under all circumstances: Once a visa application has been initiated, no refunds will be provided, regardless of:
  • Visa rejection by the embassy or consulate.
  • Delay in processing due to external factors, including embassy backlogs.
  • Failure by the customer to provide accurate or complete documentation.
  • Any charges paid directly to embassies, consulates, or third-party entities are nonrefundable, as they are governed by their respective policies.
  1. Travel Insurance:
    No Refund: Travel insurance fees are non-refundable once the policy has been issued or shared with the customer.
  2. Dummy Tickets: Strict Non-Refund Policy:
  • Dummy air ticket bookings are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, rejection, or changes in travel plans.
  • Dummy tickets are solely for visa documentation purposes and cannot be converted to actual ckets.
  1. Consultation Fees:
    o Any consultation or advisory fees paid in connection with visa guidance or
    documentation are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. Specific Scenarios Customer Cancellation:
    o If a customer cancels the service after payment but before submission of documents,no refunds will be provided for any pre-processing efforts already undertaken by the Company.
    o Any partial refunds are subject to an administrative fee of up to 50% of the total
    service cost and are solely at the Company’s discretion.
  3. Visa Rejection:
    o Immigration Baba Travels holds no responsibility for visa rejection due to embassy
    regulations, inaccurate information provided by the customer, or other external
    factors.
    o Under no condition will a refund be provided for a rejected visa.
  4. Delay in Service Delivery:
    o The Company is not liable for delays caused by government entities, embassies, or
    consulates. Refunds will not be issued for delays beyond our control.
  5. Exceptional Circumstances:
    o Refund requests arising from extraordinary circumstances (e.g., Company error) will
    be assessed on a case-by-case basis and only approved at the Company’s sole
    discretion.
    o In approved cases, a maximum of 25% of the total service fee may be refunded, with
    all processing and administrative fees deducted.
  6. Refund Request Process
  7. Refund Submission:
    o Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to
    refunds@immigrationbaba.com within 48 hours of the event or issue prompting the refund request. Requests submitted after this period will be automatically denied.
  8. Required Documentation:
    o Customers must provide supporting evidence, including:
    Proof of payment.
    Details of the issue or error (if applicable).
    Relevant correspondence with embassies or third parties.
  9. Processing Time:
    o Refund requests, if approved, will be processed within 45 business days. This timeline
    may vary depending on the complexity of the case and third-party interactions.
  10. Mandatory Fees Deduction:
    o In all refund cases, the following fees will be deducted:
    Administrative fees of up to 50%.
    Any third-party or government charges.
  11. No Refund for Non-Compliance
    Refunds will not be provided in cases where:
  12. The customer fails to provide complete and accurate documentation within the agreed
    timelines.
  13. Fraudulent or false information is submitted.
  14. Services were completed as per the agreed terms but the customer no longer requires them.
  15. The customer attempts to withdraw after service initiation (e.g., visa application submission,
    ticket issuance, or insurance processing).
  16. Company’s Right to Decline Refunds
    Immigration Baba Travels reserves the sole right to decline any refund requests that are deemed
    invalid, unreasonable, or contradictory to this policy.
  17. Chargeback Prevention
    Customers are advised to refrain from initiating chargebacks through their bank or credit card provider
    for services rendered. All disputes must be resolved directly with Immigration Baba Travels.
    Any chargebacks will result in:
    o Immediate suspension of services.
    o Legal action to recover the funds and associated costs.
